The seatbelt light has been turned off.


I didn’t mean to become a flight attendant. I just went for interview practice.

Cut to me leaving Australia for a life in sparkling Dubai as a first class international flight attendant. It would be here that I sharpened my skills of communication and persuasion, discovered the power of patience, learned to distill my message to its most simple form to overcome language barriers, polished my ability to adapt and quickly forge relationships with people of all cultures, attitudes and levels of sobriety, and gained the perspective that we sometimes have to zoom out and look at the situation from 30,000 feet.

Essentially, it was here where I learned to be a creative director.

If I can interest people in “the only meal option we have left”, I can get people interested in almost anything.

Once grounded, I embarked on my career in advertising.

For 15+ years, across three countries, I have had the privilege of developing creative solutions for everything from CPG to fintech, healthcare to energy conservation, in B2B and B2C, on agency side and client. I love advertising and I love my job. I have nurtured talent, grown teams, won business, expand businesses, won awards and developed some firm opinions on what makes a good leader which you can read here. Go on, humor me.

When we meet, ask me about my “no more coffee?” trick. It’s startling how well it works. In summary, the seatbelt light has been turned off and I’m free to move about the cabin. And possibly to your agency.
