BRIEF:  Lessen the stigma attached to children’s mental and behavioral health

Everyone should know what it’s like to be a kid, especially the kids dealing with mental and behavioral health issues at the Edgewood Centre for Children & Families. So we created a special event called "A Day of Play" to do just that. And we encouraged everyone to join in the fun.

THE  RESULTS

Donations and volunteers enabled hundreds of San Franciscan kids to enjoy a day of play they'll never forget. And hundreds of people learned that, should they ever need help with mental or behavioral issues, the Edgewood Center for Children and Families would be there for them.
