BRIEF: Re-ignite Californian's passion to save energy for their state

Californians pride themselves on doing right by the state they love. However no one wants to be told what to do. So we greased the path for our energy saving campaign by first getting on the good side of Californians. We congratulated them on a job well done (so far), to open them to hearing what they could do next.

We spoke to a LOT of Californians in a LOT of different languages.
SOCIAL
We breathed life back into EUC's social channels by providing a ton of content that people wanted to view.
